As an agency, MantraSound is currently expanding its network of sound services including disco suppliers, karaoke suppliers, DJs, wedding disco providers, PA hire and sound engineers and would like to hear from quality mobile DJs, sound engineers, and also working entertainers and singers in all parts of the UK, particularly those able to supply wedding material such as background music or a cosmopolitan feature - instrumentalists with a classical or jazz set etc, as well as classic covers bands and wedding bands offering 60s to present day classics. To carry out MantraSound mobile disco and work, mobile disco DJs need to have Public Liability Insurance, a regularly checked email facility, and a rig and vehicle that is suitable for the tasks that they will undertake. They also need to PAT test equipment regularly and to provide evidence of such. Please fill in the MantraSound application form for DJs and karaoke organisers if you are able to do so. If you are not, you may telephone us on 01691 649044. Contracts which may be offered tend to be family and wedding discos, or general all-age celebrations. DJs are expected to accept a 30 track playlist of the customer's choice which they will use as a style guide, and to liaise with the customer over personal requirements.

MantraSound is currently seeking to expand its karaoke database. We require individuals to work nationwide organising and compering karaokes. Organisers need to have Public Liability Insurance, a regularly checked email facility, and equipment and vehicle that is suitable for the tasks that they will undertake. They also need to PAT test equipment regularly and to provide evidence of such. Please fill in the MantraSound application form for DJs and karaoke organisers if you are able to do so. Most of our organisers carry Karaoke machine, TV or screen, lyric books, 2 pro microphones, sets of karaoke discs, amplifier etc, all connecting leads, and can offer an advance playlist for the customer.

MantraSound is frequently asked to hire out unattended karaoke equipment for events. Please indicate on the form whether you are able to do this

PLI and PAT Testing.

Public Liability Insurance is a pre-requisite for DJs, mobile discos, karaoke organisers, sound engineers and entertainers wishing to remain on our books. Each contract you signe for us re-affirms that you have PLI and it is up to date and adequate. You can obtain PLI from the Musician's Union or a variety of other insurers.
