Unfortunately, our web specialists have recently become aware that some MantraSound booking enquiries are being illegally monitored and diverted by competing agencies. This is bad news for customers who obviously require a legitimate, properly administered service. If you are contacted by another agency to whom you made no enquiry, shortly after submitting your enquiry to MantraSound, or you are contacted by someone purporting to be MantraSound and you are suspicious that fraud has been committed, please report this immediately to the police. 	How can you be sure you are dealing with MantraSound when you email or telephone? Some simple precautions: 1.Our website is www.mantradjs.co.uk or www.mantrasound.co.uk 2.Online deposit payments should be made at our payment page www.mantradjs.co.uk/payments.htm 3. Postal deposit payments can be made r by cheque to this address: MantraSound Craignant Llanfyllin Powys SY22 5JG No other mailing address should be used 4. All bona fide MantraSound DJs on our books are listed on our website for the benefit of already booked customers. This list will be made available to you, once booked. 5. All bookings are confirmed by a numbered contract which will be issued to the customer and the DJ shortly after the booking is agreed. 6. All customer correspondence and telephone enquiries will be dealt with by Jane Lane whose voice you will shortly be able to hear on our website! If you are not offered the option to speak to Jane, then you have the wrong party! 7. The MantraSound pricing scheme is based around consultancy with the customer, to ensure they obtain a suitable DJ for their event. If you are concerned that this has not taken place, please contact us by telephone in the first instance and discuss the matter with Jane Lane. MantraSound hereby states that firm action will be taken against operatives attempting to defraud the public or Mantra CDs and Recording and MantraSound. We are advised that frauds of this nature are an imprisonable offence. A financial reward is therefore offered for any information which will lead to a conviction against these individuals.
